Excellent service

I went the branch at pinecrest mall, I was advised to download an app, a lady by the name of Phindile Ngcobo assisted me, I admire her patience as my phone was giving us problems she didn't give up, i can now proudly say that I'm a happy customer and I will recommend this branch to my family and friends, and due to this excellent service I will never switch to another bank, thank you FNB for such well trained staff
