Excellent service

I just wanted to express my outmost gratitude to Martha Mekwa for the wonderful service she provided over the phone with my refund. I have been contacting FNB regarding it and all consultants kept saying I will be refunded but nothing happened. But Martha assisted and within 2 days I received it. She was very polite and helpful. Truly appreciate her.
