Excellent service

I visited your branch at Pinecrest mall in Pinetown and was assisted by Noks Ndlovu, she was excellent in explaining products and other services that FNB offers for my benefit, I used to think a bank is just about saving money but there is a lot to benefit, thank you so much she declined my tip because it's not allowed, I really don't think its fair hence I'm commenting here, she deserves a raise!
