Excellent Service

After having struggled for quite a while to obtain some documents from both a physical branch and another consultant on FNB's Business Helpdesk, I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Bongiwe yesterday. Not only did she immediately supply a document I urgently needed, she also kept her promise of sending me the additional document I requested this morning before 8am.<br> <br> She was very friendly and professional during all our dealings and made my life MUCH easier. In a country/society where shocking service is the norm, I really think Bongiwe's competence and great attitude should be celebrated. <br> <br> I am a very happy customer today, and it's all thanks to Bongiwe!
