Excellent service

I must say FNB has the best security and customer service ever. After losing everything I decided to visit my brand Jabulani Mall as I could not access my banking APP nor could I withdraw money from an ATM. From the manager Ephraim to the lady at the door, they made sure that I receive the assistance I need. K****tso,the consultant who then assisted me was very patient, understanding and empathized with my situation. I am very happy that I stayed with FNB and I would recommend it 10 times to everyone who wants to switch banks.
