Excellent Service

After countless times of calling the call center to have an issue with my account resolved and being told that an agent would call me back, frustrated as I was, I got the opportunity to be assisted by Mr Lizo Diko from Mthatha branch in York Road. The gentleman offered and rendered an excellent service, far beyond my expectations. When he called me back to provide feedback on my request, having the issues resolved, I was very happy.
