Excellent service
Consultant by name of Happiness Mavuso went above her mandate and gave me excellent service. If more client focused consultant were like her then fnb will continue setting the bar high

21 Jul 2025, 12:50I have a different experience with FNB ewallet division. I have spoken to six consultants between march 2025 and July 2025 and all promise query will be resolved in three days. I have references and been called by even their managers and still haven't resolved my query. This is unacceptable service as they can't seem to resolve my query and I don't know why. Last call received was last week and was told won't give TAT but will stay in touch. This is after 4months , I'm so ****ed 😡 off
