excellent service

After few complaints on my Sony Xperia device taken out at FNB, today I can compliment this lady at FNB for her phenomenal service. She really went the extra mile for me. Throughout our dealings she was consistent. Because of her consistency and her confidence she managed to get me a brand new device from SONY. <br> My device gave me problems and SONY quoted me for an LCD crack and water damage. This was not the case. After being told by many FNB consultants that there is nothing they can do I logged a complaint on hello Peter. stephan responded to me within a hour and in a matter of just two days I received feedback that my device will be replaced. With in that two days Stephanie never failed to contact me and she stuck to her word. I want to take the time to commend on her professional service and for going the extra mile.
