EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!
I opened a Flexi fixed account online and was assisted by a rude lady that is lucky i forgot her name. the following day (yesterday) i received a confirmation letter however the investment period was 3 months and i had chosen 12. That's when i contacted FNB and was assisted by Monalisa Mamiane to close that 3 months account and opened the correct one. I must say, she assisted me efficiently with a great attitude, she has manners and is well spoken. #GiveThatWomenAnEarlyIncrease
