Called the call centre and was assisted by Mukutsuri, he provided me with excellent service, he was patient and well spoken; he was able to resolve my query as First call resolution. The previous agent I encountered before Mukutsuri had me wait for 15 minutes listening to music until my airtime ran out and all he had to do was take me through the steps via my app.
