EXCELLENT SERVICE
Today i called FNB requested certain documents relating to a device i purchased.<br> I was told by the friendly lady that it would take 24 to process, but that she would try her best to get the documentation to me by the close of business today.<br> <br> FOUR hours later i had the documentation.<br> <br> Its rare to get such excellent service in South Africa in recent days.<br> <br> Keep up the excellent service.<br> <br> regards<br> S.Mohamed
