Excellent service
I got tired of Standard Bank and needed to do the switch.
FNB got my account open in record time and between CCD Couriers and Takealot (delivery of credit card) FNB were on the ball.
I had one or two small issues, but all was resolved fast. First time in my life a bank has promised to phone with feedback and they did. All my branch visits have been quick and painless and hardly any time spent in queues.
I am very impressed with FNB so far. Keep up the good work! I am in sales and can be a very difficult customer to please, but i am very impressed so far!
