Excellent service
I would like to compliment Sabelo Ngwenya (FNB Home Loan Service department) on the excellent service I received. His attitude was truly exemplary, and took the time to address my concern in detail. Sabelo assisted me efficiently, unlike the other staff I spoke to at the FNB Home Loan Service department, she didn’t take time to listen to me and she insisted that everything was correct and she just forwarded to me someone’s else home loan contract.
