Excellent Service
The Branch Manager at the FNB Midrand Boulders Branch Sisi Khoza has exceptional customer service. She picks up complaints before they even happen and solves them personally. I was frustrated in the que after being sent back to get proof of residence and had to rejoin the que again. She picked up the frustration written on my face and quickly came to me and said "Sir this is the second time I see you in the que today are you getting the help you need?" When I said No, she made sure to help me herself and I was out quicker than I anticipated.
