Excellent service

Hi, I am an Fnb customer and I needed a loan, after being called numerous times by your office. I was missing my calls because I was very busy. The gentleman who's been trying to get hold of me, eventually got hold of me. He wasn't very pleased with me and I don't blame him. But Sechaba was vey professional , courteous and patient with me. He explained everything thorough he was very knowledgeable of his product. I work in the service environment myself.
