Excellent Service
My wife and I went into FNB Vaal Mall to have some issues with my wife's card rectified. We were fortunate to deal with Hloni, this gentleman was very professional and knew what he was doing. We were helped with everything in a few minutes. Well done Hloni, other staff at some other FNB branches should take a few lessons in customer service from you!
