Excellent service

As the surety on a student loan, the student and I have had a nightmare trying to make a payment arrangement on outstanding amount. Most of the time the consultants that we speak to act like they couldn't be bothered. I was fully expecting the same treatment when I called in this afternoon - consultants this morning had refused to help the student and insisted that I as the surety call to make payment arrangement (although the arrangement was not coming off my account but the student's).<br> <br> Patrick, however, went an extra mile by giving me his direct email address that we can use to find out further info and payment account details, etc.<br> <br> I was pleasantly surprised!
