EXCELLENT SERVICE

On the 3rd Septeber I walked into the CampUS Sqaure, Melville branch to have statements stamped for a Visa application as they would not accept the statements from the app. I was greeted by Mo who advised that I had to use the branch services to receive a stamped statement. While I was busy a lady by the name of Tiisetso enquired if I needed assistance, I explained to her what I needed and she assisted me. The reason for the compliment is to commend them on the excellent service they provided, not only the service, their eagerness to assist but most of all their friendliness and the smile they had on their faces. As staff we never compliment each other for a service well done. I only mentioned to them that I was staff after they assisted me, if this is the level of service they provided to me I can just imagine the service they prrovide to our clients. Guys kudos to you and thank you for flying the FNB flag high
