Excellent service

My disabled son and I went to the FNB branch in Rembrandt Mall, Paarl. We were assisted by Qiniso. She was very friendly, helpful, dedicated and very patient. She listened to our queries and gave us suggestions that I didn't knew was possible. She is worth 5 stars and beyond. I was impressed by the layout of the branch. Well done and thank you for the privacy clients do have in this branch.
