I went to paledi mall and got a warm welcome from the entrance then i met Lebo n that was way exceptional than i thought, very friendly n patient. I didnt have any documents with me but she was not even harsh to me about it as i thought she might be, she offered to help to retrieve my documents then she opened the business account for me, went as far as explaining the pricing options for me. I am very happy n glad that i chose fnb again its consultants like her who makes us go to the bank n by the way i lovef how she sanitized for me before i sat infront of her even though i didnt c anyone leaving my desk.
