Excellent service 👏

What an amazing excellent service I have received from Olympus Branch Manager , I honestly thought she was a consultant just any other consultants, when I got in the branch she was busy helping people on the waiting area and taking one by one to her desk and when it was my turn she did the same did everything I asked of her and more , very patient taught me alot on my app and how to understand my banking as a whole , and because I was so impressed with the service that I receive and having to witness that she was giving to other clients I asked her to call the manager , and she said I'm the manager and I was so surprised because we never see managers working like consultants and that on its own says alot about her .what a way to lead by example.
