<p>Good Day</p> <p>I would like to express my appreciation and thanks to your wonderful employee Thabang Cebehkulu at the FNB Carnival Mall branch.</p> <p>I was Greeted by a big smile from the branch manager upon entering the branch this morning. Much appreciated. And then i was greeted with a big smile from Thabang Cebehkulu. Thabang was patient with me and very friendly. He answered all my questions and resolved a problem i had.</p> <p>It is with such wonderful, energetic and positve individuals like Thabang who will make your bank the best there will be.</p> <p>I hope that this E mail doenst stop at branch level.</p> <p>It is my wish that he will get some recognition for his very very excellent customer service I have recieved today.</p> <p> It was a joy going into the bank today and recieved such good service with a big smile and positive attitude and that have put a smile on my face. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thabang.
