Excellent Service

<p>So I called FNB about moving my account there (was sceptical initially). </p> <p>I was transferred to Tisetse Radebe who showed me what customer service should be seeing as I do escalations in another call centre.</p> <p> </p> <p>During that conversation I was convinced that FNB may be the bank for me. I was explained things that would be beneficial to me during my time at FNB.</p> <p> </p> <p>THANK YOU THANK YOU FOR THE SERVICE MUCH APPRECIATED. WILL MOS DEF BE TELLING PEOPLE WHAT HAPPENED. </p> <p> </p> <p>WELL DONE FNB!!!!!!!!</p>
