<p>On 25/11/2016 I visited FNB in Heidelberg Mall Gauteng. There was a problem with a online payment of mine that went off on my account but was never received by the recipient. I spoke to a gentle man by the name of Jones. He was very professional in his assistance and went that extra mile to assist me in resolving the issue. Thank you Jones !</p>
