Excellent Service

<p>I don't think I have ever logged in to Hello Peter with a smile before but today I have. I have never experienced the level of service proficiency such that I have after making a call at 4:30PM this afternoon. FNB Homeloans I cannot name the call centre agent that helped me this afternoon but please tell her that she's brilliant (check my name against the call logs) - she managed to help with premium statements and tax certificates for a rather overdue tax enquiry (almost 6 years worth of information) in matter of a few minutes. And you're not even the bank that I have I a cheque account with!!! Absolutely brilliant. Thanks guys! </p>
