Excellent Help

I went into the FNB Randburg (Fern on Republic) branch. I needed help with my app on a new phone. I was so stuck, but I received the most amazing help from Eulalie Nero. She was so patient and kind and helpful. I was in and out in the bank in 25 min. Really grateful to her for the help, and to the branch for always being so helpful.
