Excellent FNB Representative - WENT THE EXTRA MILE FOR ME

Went into FNB Cornubia for the second time to arrange for passport renewal, was referred by a friendly security Guard to a DHA representative for info, but who gave me no suggestions nor solutions, on my way out I bumped into Roshni Chetty who heard my problem and who sorted out the issue within 2 minutes. I was so impressed by her friendliness and understanding and willingness to go the extra mile for me. I have banked with FNB for 50 years and can say that I am still impressed with the bank when they employ great people like Roshni. Thank you FNB
