Excellent customer service: Urie Naaidoo Private clients

I'm writing this review to recognize Urie Naaidoo in the Private banking department for the excellent customer service received over the years. He is absolutely the best!. The latest was when I was in the process of purchasing a home. Urie went beyond his call of duty to ensure that I got the treatment I deserved even if it meant liaison with other departments within to speed the process up. This sale was probably one of the most difficult ones as it was bank mandated however he made it seamless for me as a customer.

FNB, you have a legend in Urie. He is dependable, accessible, never have a lazy day and he is bound by his words. I wish he could be multip**** so that the rest of your customers could feel like kings and queens.
