Excellent customer service on a busy day:)
I just want to say I was so amazed at the high level of customer service I received from Karenza at the Adderley street branch. She had a lot of clients coming up to her to ask her questions but she was so polite and smooth with all of them.<br> <br> Keep up the excellent work I was really impressed <br> <br> Nosi, the online banking client who needed to order a new card online.
