After battles with the walk in centre , my banker Zanele went the extra mile in assuring the issue be resolved. She assisted with getting a consultant to go through to my mother in law and resolve the issue of the account and card. Thank you for the professional service and care shown

Furthermore I like to thank Kamlesh who really was very patient , courteous when going to out to my mother Inlaw . He was precessional, very helpful and ensured all is working before leaving the home. He was helpful and done everything with a smile. It’s very very rare to get this assistance in todays time.
