I would like to thank FNB Springs Mall and Customer service with good job they're doing, and to Motivete them to do more.

I got an excellent experience with a lady consultant that works at Springs mall Mpumi she's so helpful, kind, professional and she love her job dearly, and knows what she's doing.

FNB call center is proactive, professional and quick to offer solutions even calls back their customers in the case where Customer calls through and phone goes off due to network.

I Salute the bank in making sure that we are eassly assisted hope they pay their consultants what they deserve.
