Excellent customer service

No hard work goes unnoticed. I would like to make the world know about this best fnb employee at Eastgate mall branch named Robert Mylie.. I was angry because my bussiness account was blocked due to SARS non compliance. He noticed me sitting on a couch while passing and approached to ask if I have been helped. I told him my problem because I was in the branch for 2hours still no help from the ***** dept. Guess what the gentleman carried me through the whole saga, calling depts to get me sorted out. My account was unblocked. I want to tell FNB that he is the reason why I kept my account with FNB or else I was about to switch to another bank. The gentleman is friendly kind and polite while delivering exceptional customer service. Robert just made my day. I am a happy customer
