Excellent customer service

Azile Magadla Gave me excellent customer service at the north rand road branch. I felt at home and at ease as she assisted me to the best of my ability. As I was a bit emotionally unstable when I arrived at the branch however without having to explain myself Azile's customer service skills made me feel better as I felt valued s an fnb client. Azile is definitely an asset to fnb.
