Excellent customer service

My card was canceled due to an unknown amount that was paid from my account and I had to go to the branch to make a new one, I was assisted by a lovely lady called Aviwe Maqebula, she was friendly and professional helped me to reduce my monthly costs to my account and even explained what was happening with my account and gave me suggestions on how to save costs as well. I got lucky again when I went to collect my card as usual again she assisted me with a smile on her face and was professional and quick as well.
