Excellent Customer Service

First National Bank Fountains Mall, Jeffreys Bay, Eastern Cape. I would like to commend Lebo Koeberg for her excellent customer service and for going the extra mile and above an beyond... she made sure I don't walk out of the branch without making sure everything regarding my account is sorted and working... that even after I arrived 15min before closing and she and her Branch Manager sat and made sure everything is 100% before I left, 45min after the time they were suppose to be closed. Thank you Lebo its not always that a person get this kind of service especially at the end of a long day. I hope that FNB will appreciate you cause you a real asset for the bank. Keep doing what you doing Lebo I really appreciate the excellent service I received from you.
