Excellent customer service

I only knew that I wanted to open a bank account, little did i know that there are things i wasn't aware of regarding the whole process. Lucky, i met Johannes Letsoalo here at the branch and he gave me an outstanding service. I am very pleased with the service i got from that man. He's patient, kind and not forgetting his ability/skill to explain things in a better way to be understood.
