Excellent Customer Service
I'm not one to go to the bank or phone the call centre because either I stand in long queues or hold for too long. This time I was proven wrong, not only was my call answered promptly but I also spoke to Thato who was outstanding. Going the extra mile is an under statement. I would like to comend him for his excellent customer service and a job well done.
