Excellent customer service

I want to take this opportunity to thank Phindile Mangele at FNB Festival Mall for going the extra mile, The bank was extremely full, and she assisted more than one client at the same time. I needed to call the Fnblife department, but the bank phones were all occupied she made a call from her cellphone to speed up the process, she trusted a client with her phone, it was not easy but the query I have been struggling with for the past 3 months she managed to resolve it in less than an hour. We need more customer-driven consultants who strive to give excellent customer service.
