Excellent Customer Service

Yesterday 19.04.16 i was helped by Myrna Carelse at FNB Newton Park. She is the most helpful person that i have ever been helped by at any bank. She was friendly and knew exactly what she was talking about and very very helpful. She then told me that she was being retrenched at the end of May and i just think its sad that the most helpfull person at the bank is being retrenched. I wish her all the best for the future.
