excellent customer service
Lindokuhle C Mkhwa****, from Queen street FNB was amazing in assisting me with a query. she communicated the progress to me everyday. She even went as far as phoning me daily to keep me informed of the progress. this was customer excellence on her part. I was extremely impressed with her persistence in solving my query. she is an amazing employer and I hope that she is appreciated and valued by FNB.<br> Lindokuhle C Mkhwa**** is an asset to FNB and with the attitude and personality I hope that she is recognized for her outstanding customer service. once again thank you Lindokuhle Mkhwa**** <br>
