Excellent customer service
On the 4th of January my wife and I went to FNB to change our physical address and the consultant that helped us was Charl Wiessie. Charl gave us excellent service, had a friendly and helpful attitude and answered all our questions in detail. It was such a pleasure dealing with Charl as good customer service is very rare these days.
