Excellent customer service

Good day<br> <br> I would like to compliment the FNB, Briardene branch for their excellent customer service. I went through to visit the bank on my lunch break and was dreading the queues and the time wastage. I am an engineer my profession and my job revolves around efficiencies. My previous experiences standing in banking queues have found me questioning their inefficient process and time consuming activities.<br> <br> I was pleasantly surprised that on arriving at the bank i was told to follow the information queue. where I was assisted by Justine. her demeanor and attitude was friendly and professional and the service I received was very efficient. I was on my way within 10 minutes. <br> <br> I would like to thank Justine and FNB for their excellent service. Justine is a credit to her employers. <br> <br> <br>
