Excellent customer service

I app**** for a credit card and after about 25 days of back and forth with FNB, after countless phone calls, emails and complains, i came across a lady by the name of Devashni Lazarus from premier banking. She facilitated everything for me, she made follow ups with other departments and contacted me with feedback until my issue was resolved. She knew what she was doing and knew what needs to be done to speed up the progress. She did what 12 people i spoke to couldnt do in 25 days and she did that in less than 24 hours. I was really impressed and gave me another reason to continue recommending and using FNB. Thank you Devashni for the excellent service, you are the best and keep up the excellent you are doing!!!!
