Excellent customer service

This morning I visit your Beach branch in Durban and was assisted by Sharne Tatchell. I opened up an account online and she assisted me with getting my card but there was so many issues I told her to rather leave it I'll come back because we spent almost an hour together. Her reply was "no we will sort this out" and she did.

This is the 2nd visit to this branch and again I received too service by Sharne
