EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am filled with feelings of joy and warm at the service i received for two consecutive days.And its all thanks to Mr Mark Roskin from the Horizon view roodeoort fnb branch.A humble and helpful gentleman that man is.Never is my entire existence have i EVER received such an outstanding service,from an outstanding gentleman.Mark Roskin,you are a true defination of being customer oriented.A nobody like me,unemployed,with nothing to offer,but you treated me as though my bank balance is heavely loaded,you treated me as though i had ALL the money in the world.Mr Roskin,you went out of your way to assist me,for two days you've been assisting me,and don't ever change for anything or anyone.I have never met someone as passionate as you are with customers,it really felt like a dream,like i would wake up any moment and realise that people like you don't exist. FNB is blessed to have you i must say.I was almost in tears when i spoke to your Branch Manager,i almost cried like a little baby,i was almost in tears.You will go ****her than Big Brother Mr Mark Roskin,lol.You will over take your bosses someday and when that happens,stay humbled,because that is your stepping stone.Thank you so so so much for your assistance.And May the Good Lord Bless you.
