Excellent customer service
I experienced really great customer service today from Rabia at FNB Vangate Mall on 15/02/2018. I was passing by and decided to go on a whim to enquire about an SMS I kept receiving about being awarded free data. She explained how it works and activated my SIM card. She then went the extra mile and explained how much I was paying in bank fees and recommended upgrading my account, explaining exactly what it entails. She also advised the funds available to me should I wish to make a loan. She was patient in answering my many (obvious) questions and wasn't pushy in trying to foist anything on me. All in all, an excellent customer service professional. Keep up the good work ??
