Excellent Customer Service

I would like to take this opportunity to say a "BIG THANK YOU" to Faheem Moodley, the Sales Team Leader at FNB Housing Finance for the excellent customer service offered to me.

When everything seemed dark and gloomy, here was a person who made me see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I started my process of applying for a loan on 12th December 2017. After a month of going back and forth with the various departments within FNB, I failed to get my loan approved.

I was given Faheem's contact details (email address only) from a person who was going on leave. This was on Friday, 12th January 2018.

I sent him an email asking him to telephone me regarding my loan and within an hour I received a call from him.

I was having network problems and the calls were disconnecting. He called me back each time the call cut until I managed to complete my conversation with him. He offered me some comfort by telling me that he would try his best to assist with the application.

The application that seemed unsuccessful after ONE MONTH, Faheem managed to sort out in ONE DAY. On Monday, 15th January 2018 I received approval of my loan.
