Excellent Customer Service
Overall experience is fantastic. I have not had one query so far that was not resolved timeously, friendly and professionaly. Even going to a branch is a pleasant experience!! The chat option on the banking app is the best thing ever, because it give me the opertunity to quickly as a question, which would have been left if I have to go a branch for it.
