excellent customer service.

Good day. This experience I have to share on every social network platform. I visited FNB Woodbridge branch to make an online banking payment on the 19 of July through to Direct axis. I made the payment using the online banking at woodbridge branch, The payment was linked as a public domain, After about a week I received a call that this payment was never received. I ran over to the branch and interacted with the manager there Bibi Jassat. Immediately she was on to the query. I was informed every step of the way what was happening. This young lady went above and beyond the call of duty. Talk about going the extra mile. She visited Standard bank numerous times as the funds were in fact paid into the wrong account. Yes this query took her two months to resolve as Standard Bank gave us the run around. Never the less FNB has staff with complete trust, Bibi called me every day for two months advising and keeping me informed. I knew that I was in good hands with her. She is amazing. when i visited the branch she was also happy to see me, called me by name and welcomed me. I am so blessed be be an FNB client. I want BIBI to be acknowledged by head office because I believe that you do not get this type of service . A great individual with ethics, she truely gives FNB a great name.
