excellent customer service
<p>Went to FNB in Oxford street East London a few days ago to have my account verified, i received such great service from a gentleman named ZUKISANI DIKANA. I must be honest though, when i went there i was actually angry at the kind of service that i've receiving from FNB but he managed to calm me down and explain everything in detail. I was all the FNB staff could learn from him. Thank you Zukisani Dikana for such great service, continue what you're doing. </p>
